1ヶ月に一度、Mililani town centerで、Zumbaのフリー デモがあります。

友達のインストラクター数名が、出ると聞いて
娘と一緒に久々のZumbaをしてきました。

久しぶりに踊ったので、すぐに息が。。。


娘もすごくエンジョイしてました。

やっぱりZumbaは最高！

顔も自然と笑顔になり、楽しくてしょうがないです。


2月のデモにも参加したいな。
